Daiwa 23 Infeet Z 7'1 2pc LFS/ Revelry 2000S/ J-Braid Expedition 8lb
Revelry FC 2000S
The REVELRY FC is the ‘Finesse Custom’ model, crafted from a single-piece Monocoque (MQ) ZAION frame. This model is one of the lightest spinning reels in Daiwa’s lineup, making it perfect for finesse anglers. The AIRDRIVE DESIGN Upgrade provides smooth winding and highly responsive rotation, while the forged machine-cut ToughDigigear ensures buttery smooth rotation and a long-lasting drivetrain. The MQ body combines toughness with lightweight construction, and the updated cosmetics add a sleek, modern look. Daiwa’s Air Rotor and Air Bail deliver precise line control and a refined feel, while MAGSEAL technology coupled with the MQ body prevent water and debris ingress. Available in 2000 and 2500 shallow spool options, the REVELRY FC is set to become a favourite among light tackle finesse anglers.
Daiwa 23 Infeet Z 712LFS
The 712LFS was designed to cater to two distinct techniques. One is twitching hardbodies, the other is fishing ultra-light plastics. It has a softer tip and longer length than most of the other rods catered to twitching a hardbody, so it is more at home where you need extra casting distance. For plastics, it’s sweet spot is 1-40-1/12th.
J-Braid Expedition 8lb 150m - Orange
The #1 braided line brand in Australia just got even better, with the introduction of J-BRAID EXPEDITION. Featuring the same IZANAS fibre construction that has made J-BRAID so popular, but now featuring Daiwa’s Silicon “Coating PE” technology to create a slicker, smoother braid with hydrophobic properties that increases durability & enhances feel.
The J-Braid Expedition 8lb is actually thinner than the original J-Braid at pe 0.6. This is the same diameter as 6lb J-Braid.
J-BRAID EXPEDITION’s silicon coating means the braid does not absorb any water, importantly this means the braid also does not absorb the silt & sediment present in that water which is the #1 cause of braided line wear over time. By shedding the water thanks to its hydrophobic properties, J-BRAID EXPEDITION will last longer than traditional braided lines, providing more value & greater performance.
The benefits don’t stop there either, with an incredibly high weave count, J-BRAID EXPEDITION is braided tighter than almost any other line on the market, providing an incredibly round profile braid which will not separate and fray when in use. Daiwa’s history of producing the finest braids on the market is only strengthened with the introduction of J-BRAID EXPEDITION.
